Instructions
Step 1
Par-boil the potatoes for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Toss the potatoes in a roasting tin with olive oil and seasoning and roast for 30 minutes or so.
Step 3
Add the pepper and beans and roast for 20 more minutes.
Step 4
Take the veg out of the oven and add the mozzarella. Put the olives and sauce on the side (or mix them in).
