Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor or food chopper add mushrooms and pulse until Finley chopped
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat add oil and once it's hot add onion and saute until softened then add mushrooms and taco seasoning and cook until moisture starts to release from the mushrooms and the mixture starts to thicken
Step 3
Serve the mushroom mixture on tortillas or on lettuce with your favorite toppings enjoy
