1 Tbspsmoked paprika

1 Tbspno-sugar-added ketchup

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tsplow-sodium Worcestershire sauce

2garlic cloves

4burger buns

1 cupbaby spinach

4slices cheese

¼ cuppickled red onions

2 TbspGreek yogurt
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine beef, dry-aged mince, oat fiber, flaxseed, whey protein, egg whites, paprika, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, and salt. Mix gently (don’t overwork).
Step 2
Form into 4 patties (1-inch thick).
Step 3
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Step 4
Sear patties 4-5 mins/side until internal temp reaches 71°C (160°F).
Step 5
Toast high-protein buns. Layer spinach, patty, avocado, pickled onions, and Greek yogurt.
