To be honest, I have no idea what the actual name of this is. It's similar to salsa Verde but it's the hottest thing I've ever eaten. Friends from Mexico taught be to make it but they just called it salsa and I've never found anything like it.

Instructions
Step 1
Slice about 4 pounds of serrano peppers and 10 habaneros. Dice the red onion and mince 3 cloves of garlic. Put everything in a bowl.





Step 2
Squeeze 4 limes into the bowl and add the chipotle powder and cilantro. Let sit for about 5 minutes and mix occasionally to let everything soak in the lime juice.



Step 3
After everything has soaked in the pepper and lime juices, put in blender or food processor to make it into the salsa.
