Preheat to 180°C, 350°F
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla sugar, and salt together.
Step 3
Add sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt (or sour cream), and milk. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the baking powder and flour, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
Step 5
For the filling, sauté the apple cubes in butter until softened, then mix in sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 6
Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan, then spread the apple filling over it.
Step 7
Pour the remaining batter on top of the apples.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and set.
