High Protein Beef Burritos

Instructions

Step 1
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with the taco seasoning. Cook the meat 5-7 minutes until it is no longer pink then drain the meat into a bowl and put aside.
Step 2
Add the red onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, black beans and corn to the skillet.
Step 3
Cook until the veggies are softened then add the ground beef back into the pan.
Step 4
Divide the beef and veggie mixture into 2 portions and place each portion in the middle of the protein wrap with a sprinkling of cheese.
Step 5
Tuck in both ends of the wrap, then roll the wrap around the filling until completely enclosed - now you have a burrito!
Step 6
Place the burrito in a skillet or pan over a medium heat and dry fry until golden brown, turning every 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Serve warm and enjoy!
