2potatoes
sliced thickly

2sweet potatoes
sliced thickly

1carrot
sliced thickly

2jalapeño peppers
halved

1 handfulchick peas
cooked

4 slicessalmon filets
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Place all vegetables on bottom of a wide pan.
Step 2
Cover with water
Step 3
Place salmon fillets on top of the vegetables
Step 4
Mix all sauce ingredients (it should be a thick consistency)
Step 5
Brush sauce over the salmon pieces
Step 6
Cover pan and cook for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Making sure the vegetables don’t stick to bottom of pan. Add more water if necessary
Step 7
Put onto Shabbos Blech on indirect heat -a tray or similar between belch and pan (you don’t want it to continue cooking)
