Instructions
Step 1
Chop up your onion and garlic into small pieces
Step 2
Sauté your onion and garlic in a big pot. I use a Le creuset Dutch oven.
Step 3
Add in the ground sausage. Cook until brown
Step 4
Add in the chicken broth, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and pasta. Give it a good stir Bring to a boil. Then down to a simmer
Step 5
Once the pasta is doubled in size turn the stove off.
Step 6
Add in the cream cheese, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese
Step 7
Make sure everything is mixed well and you good to plate up!
