Instructions

Step 1
In a Ziploc bag, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add steak strips, moving them around in the bag to ensure they're coated evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or up to overnight.
Step 2
Heat oil in a sauté pan or grill pan over high heat. Add steak strips with sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes (they'll cook fast!).
Step 3
Serve meat and sauce over sushi rice. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
