Ingredients

2 cupsall-purpose flour

½ cupgranulated sugar

1 tablespoonbaking powder

½ teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonground cinnamon

1 cupmilk

2eggs
large

½ cupunsalted butter
melted

1 teaspoonvanilla extract
For the Topping
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Step 1
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Batter
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.
Fill the Muffin Tin

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Add the Topping

While the muffins are baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Once muffins are done, let them cool for a few minutes.

Brush the tops with melted butter, then dip each muffin into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
