Step 1
π¦ Preheat oven to 180C and line two baking trays

π¦ In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cornflour, and cocoa powder until well combined

π¦ In a large bowl beat the butter and sugars together until fluffy and light. Beat in the egg yolks one at a time followed by the vanilla. Slowly add in the dry ingredients till the dough just comes together

π¦ Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and roll into balls and place 2β apart on the baking trays and push and oval indentation into each one with your thumb

π¦ Place the sprinkles in a bowl and brush the cookies with egg whites then dip into the sprinkles pressing gently to adhere the sprinkles to the cookie

π¦ Bake till the cookies are set and slightly puffed about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes before transferring to cooling rack

π¦ melt the white chocolate and transfer to a piping bag to fill the indentations of the cooled cookies. Swirl each cookie to settle and smooth out the chocolate

π¦ Once the chocolate has set reheat the remaining chocolate and pipe 4 small blobs for paws and a smaller blob for snout. Use toothpicks dipped in black colouring for eyes and nose.
