Air Fryer Spring Rolls

3 steps
Prep:10minCook:15min
This was my first time making air fryer spring rolls. We always order them as a take away, so I thought why not try them in the air fryer! I’m so happy that I gave them a try as they turned out beautifully.

Instructions

Step 1
I grated 2 small carrots, 1 onion, and thinly sliced a handful of cabbage. Next I added 2 teaspoons of curry powder, a teaspoon of black mustard seeds, a grated clove of garlic, a red chilli, a handful of dried coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Then I combined the mixture into a bowl and left to rest for about an hour for all of the scrummy flavours to infuse.
Step 2
Then I rolled out my filo pastry (shop brought) and cut the sheet in half lengthwise. I popped a spoonful of the mixture at the left hand side of the pastry. Then started rolling tucking in the side as I go. I had a small bowl of water to hand to make tth pastry stick. Then I sprayed with oil and popped them into my air fryer in 180c for around 15 minutes. Checking half way.
Step 3
When ready I carefully lifted out my air fried spring rolls and served with a home riata and chilli jam.
