Cupboard pasta because includes canned vegetables at their best !! This is the halal version but you can replace the halal ingredients for pork if that’s your preference.

Instructions

Step 1
Boil the pasta until al dent, with some salt and olive oil in the water
Step 2
In a frying pan sauté the onion and the garlic in the olive oil
Step 3
Add the sausages and the turkey rashes and let it fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sweetcorn, mushrooms and olives and let me it simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the double cream and the evaporated milk to create a smooth sauce. Add all the seasoning and let it boil for 3 minutes in low heat.
Step 6
Serve this dish with the pasta on the bottom and the sauce on the top garnishing with parsley.
