Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
Step 2
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Step 3
Whisk in the eggs and maple syrup.
Step 4
Stir in the flours, baking soda, and baking powder until combined.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Divide the batter into the mini muffin cups (~¾ full).
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes
