Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add all liquid ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans and chill the dough in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 180c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Once chilled, scoop 6 cookie dough balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Press to flatten the cookies.
Step 5
Bake the chocolate cookies for 12-15 minutes until the edges are just set. Don't overbake them. Leave the cookies one the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 6
Store in an airtight container at room temperature 2-4 days.
