Instructions

Step 1
Blanch the spinach for 30 seconds in boiling water
Step 2
Rinse in cold water and squeeze out any excess water
Step 3
Mix with garlic, green onion, salt, and sesame oil
Step 4
I used about 1-2 tsp of Salt and 1-2 tbsp of sesame oil, but you can taste as you go to flavor to your liking
Step 5
Top with sesame seeds
