Instructions

Step 1
Step 1 Heat oil in a skillet and cook sausages. Transfer cooked sausages to a plate and set aside.
Step 2
Step 2 Add carrots and onions to the skillet and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Step 3 Add potatoes and cabbage; season with salt, pepper and thyme. Pour broth and beer over vegetables and simmer until vegetables begin to soften, about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Step 4 Slice sausages and add back to the skillet. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme.
Step 5
Step 5 Refrigerate leftovers.
