160 grvegan chicken
cooked, shredded or diced

2 Tbspbutter
melted

3cloves garlic
minced

50 grsour cream

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspitalian seasoning

2corn tortillas

Fresh parsley
for garnish, optional

3 grBlack pepper

6mlsoy sauce

130 grRice noodles
thin

2 grchia seeds

15 grred Bell pepper

15mllemon juice

20 grgrapefruit juice
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a pan that is heated, melt the butter on moderate temperature. Add the minced garlic, and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until it is aromatic.
Step 2
2. Incorporate the chicken that has been cooked into the skillet. Add the garlic powder Italian spice, salt and pepper. Stir to evenly coat the chicken and then heat to a simmer.
Step 3
3. Mix the cream cheese that has been softened as well as sour cream as well as half the cheese in one bowl. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
4. Take the skillet off the stove. Mix the chicken with the cream cheese, and mix until completely combined.
Step 5
5. Place the tortillas on the table, and divide the chicken mix evenly across the middle of each tortilla. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Place the edges of each tortilla in over the filling, then roll into wraps.
Step 6
6. Prepare a clean cooking pan or skillet on moderate temperature. Lay the wraps seam-side up and cook for about 2 minutes each side, until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
