Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for cornstarch and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Step 2
Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and slowly add to sauce stirring constantly as you pour
Step 3
Return sauce to a boil and cook until thickened
Step 4
Remove from heat and add some to skillet with diced chicken. Heat until chicken is glazed stirring frequently
Step 5
Serve with rice and stir fried vegetables. Add an almond cookie for dessert
