Step 1
Drain chicken completely and place in bowl. Flake the chicken with a fork to break it up into shreds.
Step 2
Stir in salsa and shredded cheese. Add any seasonings you want like: garlic powder, pepper, and chili powder.
Step 3
Place half of the tortillas on a flat work surface and top each one with an even amount of the chicken mixture.
Step 4
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter and one chicken tortilla at a time.
Step 5
Cook for a few minutes. Top with another tortilla and flip. Cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
