Instructions
Step 1
season 1 pound of thinly sliced chicken breast with 1 tbsp seasoning salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp paprika, and 1 tbsp pepper.
Step 2
begin boiling 1 pound of pasta of choice according to bag directions.
Step 3
cover each side of chicken breast with flour. cook each side 3-4 minutes with olive oil over medium heat.
Step 4
remove chicken from the pan and add sun dried tomato oil.
Step 5
add ¼ of a diced white onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, ⅓ cup water, ⅓ cup diced sun dried tomatoes, 2-3 tbsp tomato paste. Stir to combine and allow to simmer.
Step 6
add 2 cups heavy whipping cream, parsley, baby spinach, and ¼ cup grated parmesan.
Step 7
Combine noodles and sliced chicken and mix. Optionally add mozzarella
