Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine flour, cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and mix.
Step 2
One mixed, pour batter on to a pan topped with parchment paper and spread thin into a round crust.
Step 3
Cook on 375 for 15 minutes, then take the crust otu and flip it over cooking for another 10 mins
Step 4
Once cooked, top with any preferred toppings
Step 5
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes until crust becomes firm, cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
