Instructions

Prep the Marinade

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Salmon

Step 2
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the top. Let it marinate for 15–30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).

Fire Up the Traeger

Step 3
Preheat your Traeger to 350°F.
Step 4
Lightly oil the grates or use a fish tray/foil to prevent sticking.

Grill the Salmon

Step 5
Place the fillets skin-side down.
Step 6
Cook for 20–25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and internal temp hits 125–130°F for medium (or up to 145°F if you prefer well-done).

Serve It Up

Step 7
Plate the salmon with lemon slices and a sprinkle of extra dill. Pairs beautifully with:
Step 8
Roasted veggies (like asparagus, zucchini, or green beans)
Step 9
Cauliflower rice or quinoa
Step 10
A fresh cucumber-dill salad
