4salmon fillets
Costco’s frozen wild sockeye or Atlantic works great

2 tablespoonsolive oil

2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice

2 teaspoonslemon zest
optional but worth it

2cloves garlic
minced

1 tablespoonfresh dill
chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried dill

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

Lemon slices
for garnish

plain Greek yogurt
Optional, mixed with a bit of for a creamy topping

Instructions
Prep the Marinade
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon

Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the top. Let it marinate for 15–30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).
Fire Up the Traeger
Step 3
Preheat your Traeger to 350°F.

Lightly oil the grates or use a fish tray/foil to prevent sticking.
Grill the Salmon

Place the fillets skin-side down.
Step 6
Cook for 20–25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and internal temp hits 125–130°F for medium (or up to 145°F if you prefer well-done).
