Instructions

Step 1
Add 350g of your potatoes o'brien to your air fryer and air fry on 400 degreesF for 20-25 minutes. Shake every 5-7 minutes to ensure they cook evenly. While that's cooking, make your chopped cheese ground beef. Add to a pan on 7/10 heat your ground beef and flatten to the thickness of a patty. Season top with sea salt and garlic powder.

3 Let cook on that side till it browns on the bottom. Then flip and cook on that side for a few minutes. Then chop up and add your cheese on top to melt.
Step 3
Now once your potatoes are down, add to a bowl. Spray with avocado oil and toss. Then add sea salt and garlic powder and toss again.
Step 4
5 Now it's time to build your plate. Add your crispy potatoes, a little over a half (about 10oz of your ground beef) of your chopped cheese ground beef, salsa, pickled red onion, pickled jalapenos, banana peppers, sriracha, avocado, and everything bagel seasoning.
