Cooking Noodles

Boil a pan of water with a dash of salt and oil. Salt allows the water to boil faster and the oil prevents sticking

Cooking the Meat and Vegetables

Add the diced chicken to a wok with some cooking oil to cook the chicken. Once cooked move the chicken to a clean wok.

Add the diced spring onions, onions and bell peppers to the wok containing the cooked chicken. Heating the vegetables through till cooked.

Making the Sauce

Add the Coleman's Singapore Noodles Seasoning Packet to a jug containing 100ml of water and whisk.

Adding the Noodles to the Meat and Vegetables

Now once the Noodles are cooked drain the water and add the noodles to the wok containing the chicken, spring onions, onions and bell peppers and mix the ingredients together while on a medium heat.

Adding the Sauce

Gradually pour the sauce made earlier into the wok containing the other ingredients and mix well an a high heat.

Ready to Serve

Step 9
Ensure the dish is hot throughout and serve into a bowl or a plate. Sprinkle some leftover diced spring onions onto the dish and add some prawn crackers to the side. Eat and Enjoy.
