Ingredients

Gluten Dough

2 ½ cupsgluten flour
shakedown into measuring cup before leveling

½ cupquick oats

⅓ cupnutritional yeast flakes

2 tablespoonschicken seasoning

1 tablespoononion powder

1 teaspoongarlic powder

salt

2 cupswater

Instructions
Gluten Dough and Broth
Step 1
1 mix all ingredients, except water, together in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
2 Add water and stir quickly, gently kneed as little as possible.
Step 3
3 Shape dough into a log, wrap in plastic and refrigerate from one hour to overnight.
Step 4
4 Combine all brought ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 5
5 Cut chilled dough into thin quarter inch slices, gently place into boiling broth, being careful not to stack on top of each other.
Step 6
6 Reduce heat to low simmer, cover and cook 45 minutes. Allow to cool in broth

May be frozen this point for later use.

Bread the gluten with flour & chicken seasoning.
Step 9
Heat a pan with oil and fry until golden brown on each side.
Step 10
Let cool and drain
