Super Easy and Delicious Fast Cashew Miso

Try the super easy and delicious cashew miso! It's full of umami, salty, and mouth watering good. And that with just THREE ingredients!

Instructions
Step 1
First soak the cashew nuts for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight so they swell up and are juicy and thick.
Step 2

Take the cashews out of the water and keep that close. Add the salt and cashews to a mixer. Chop up the cashews very fine, but not to a paste. If needed you can add a little cashew water, but not too much.
You can also do this by hand.

Step 3

Transfer the salty cashew mix to a very clean container (something like a jar) that still has more space.

Step 4

Add the koji to the jar and stir to mix.

Step 5

Keep the jar on your counter top and stir this every day for a week.
