Sloppy Stronganoff
An easy creamy and savory dish. This can be made even simpler with subbing sautéed garlic and onion for their powdered cousins or subbing stew meat for meatballs. Can be fluffed up with freshly grated Gouda or Gruyère or more simply with powdered Parmesan

Instructions
Step 1
Reduce the size of the stew meat making 1/4 in cubes



Step 2
Caramelize onion with butter (adding minced garlic in the final 5 minutes, optional). Remove from pan into a temporary dish






Step 3
Begin boiling water for noodles


Step 4
Add beef bouillon and egg noodles to boiling water. Then cook meat in skillet while waiting for noodles to finish. Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if not using minced garlic.







Step 5
Drain pasta & reserve a few cups of beef water



Step 6
Add soup, sauce, onion, sour cream, & meat to the pasta pot with the reserved water. Mix until creamy and combined.
