Instructions

Step 1
Bring 1 1/2 quarts water to boil.
Step 2
Place peppermint, hibiscus, lavender and rosemary in jar at least 2 quarts in size.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over herbs in jar then stir.
Step 4
Let this steep for 10-15 minutes, covered.
Step 5
Strain into a large pitcher that allows room to add ice later.
Step 6
While still warm add lemon and sweetener.
Step 7
Let cool on counter or refrigerator.
Step 8
Add ice 10-20 minutes before serving. Drink within 24 hours.
