Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. The batter should be thicker than pancake batter, but still pourable.

2. Let it rest for about 10 minutes to hydrate the flour.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat (with a few drops of oil if needed).
Step 4
4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread gently into a round shape (around 0.5–1 cm thick).

5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and the flatbread is cooked through.
Step 6
6. Optionally brush with olive oil and garlic after cooking.
Step 7
7. Serve warm with hummus, roasted veggies, tofu, or your favorite spread.
