Instructions

Falafel Dough

Step 1
Let the chickpeas soak overnight in a bowl of water Make sure that the chickpeas are well covered
Step 2
Pour off the water from the chickpeas Cut the onion into cubes and add them to the chickpeas, together with the spices and the olive oil

Then blend everything until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 4
Form the dough into small balls and flatten with your hands.

Grilled vegetables

Slice the vegetables.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the eggplant first. Fry for about 2-3min. Then add the zucchini and bell pepper. Maybe you need to add more olive oil. <fry for another 3-5min.

Now fry the falafel balls over medium heat until they turn golden brown.

Yoghurt Sauce

Step 8
Chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 9
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 10
Spread the front center of the wrap with the yoghurt sauce.
Step 11
Place the grilled vegetables and falafel balls on top.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 13
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
