Instructions

Step 1
Slice your beef into small cubes
Step 2
In a bowl of water and bone broth, add in your cut dried seaweed
Step 3
Let it soak for 15-20 minutes
Step 4
In a pot on medium heat, add your sesame oil, soy sauce, and cut beef until cooked through
Step 5
Squeeze the liquid out of your seaweed and add it into the pot, cooking it all for a few minutes
Step 6
Pour in the leftover broth & water mixture back into the pot with some minced garlic and salt to taste and enjoy!
