Instructions

Step 1
1. Blend oats into a fine powder.

2. In a bowl, mash banana and whisk in egg.

3. Stir in powdered oats, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.

4. Heat nonstick skillet over medium. Lightly spray if needed.

5. Cook pancakes 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Makes 2–3 small pancakes.
