Chop up fruit

Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk well

Heat up butter in frying pan on high heat

When butter is melted and hot, add in whisked eggs

sprinkle cinnamon over the top

when the outside of omelette has cooked, add fruit to half of omelette
Step 7
use spatula to fold omelette in half over fruit and turn heat down
Step 8
mix leftover fruit with honey and cinnamon on plate
Step 9
flip over omelette to evenly cook
Step 10
serve with drizzle of honey
