Protein Blueberry Pancakes

Step 1
Whisk together egg whites and protein powder
Step 2
Stir in mashed banana and add in blueberries, should the mixture be too thick, add in some almond milk or visa versa add in more mashed banana.
Step 3
Put hob onto a medium heat and add in a splash of coconut milk or low-fat butter, add in the mixture (you can either make one big pancakes or three smaller ones to stack). Cook mixture until you see little bubbles form.
Step 4
Flip over pancake and cook for a further 2-3minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with your favourite toppings!
