80gpanko breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan. Add onion, garlic, bay leaf, thyme and oregano. Cook for 3-4 mins. Add tomato paste and stir for - min. Stir in water until mostly evaporated. Add tomatoes, stock, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 mins on medium low
Step 2
Preheat oven to 220 degrees fanforced. Cover a baking tray with foil, place wire rack on top and spray rack with oil. Place all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Roll the meatballs and spray generously with oil. Bake for 15 mins until lightly browned
Step 3
Lower oven to 160 degrees fanforced. Pour sauce in baking dish and place meatballs in sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake for 25 mins
Step 4
Serve meatballs and sauce with pasta and veggies
