Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix together flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt.
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix together melted butter and sugars.
Step 3
Mix in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until combined
Step 5
Finally stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Roll dough into balls. Then leave in the fridge for 3+ hours.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 165°c. Taking the dough out of the fridge leaving it to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes.
