Marinated tofu

300gfirm smoked tofu

1 ½ Tbspsoy sauce

1 ½ Tbspwater

1 tspneutral flavoured oil

1 tsporegano

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspchicken bouillon

1 tspcumin

½ tspcinnamon

1 tsppaprika

½ tspcayenne powder

½ tspcoriander

½ tspparsley

½ tspblack pepper

⅛ tspsalt

2garlic cloves
Filling ingredients

4wraps
alternative pita bread

0.25cucumber

2tomatoes

0.5carrot

1red onion

2 leaveslettuce
alternative: red cabbage
Yogurt sauce
Instructions
Tofu
Step 1
Slice tofu into thin strips using a peeler. Mix all spices/herbs/liquids in a cup and mix tofu with said mixture. Let the marinated tofu sit in the fridge for at least 2hrs or overnight.
















Step 2
Dice some of the onion and all of the garlic. Add oil to a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic, then add the tofu and fry till slightly browned. Add some salt to taste.



Yogurt sauce
Step 3
Mix all ingredients in a cup.






Construct the wrap
Step 4
Cut all the ingredients (except onion & tomato) into wide, semi thin strips. Slice rest of onion into thin rings. Slice tomato semi thick.




Step 5
Get your wrap, fill it with the processed ingredients and drizzle the yogurt sauce (with sriracha/hot sauce if you like) on top before closing the wrap. Adding the lettuce last of all ingredients makes the wrapping a bit less messy.
