Instructions
For the chicken
Step 1
add chicken to a bowl with everything listed; mix well -bake at 400F (205C) until internal temp is 165F (74C) -rest for 10 min; cut into bite-sized pieces
For rice
Step 2
add washed rice and broth to a rice cooker; top with a dried bay leaf and cook until light and fluffy
-transfer to a bowl; mix with the rest of the ingredients listed

Step 3
-add everything to a bowl; mix well
-sauté in a pan for 8-10 min until tender
