60mlsoy sauce

80mlwater

2 Tbspketchup

3 Tbspgochujang paste

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 Tbsphoney
30gbrown stevia
Sweet sticky rice
Instructions
Step 1
Coat the chicken in the ingredients and then air fry at 390 for 10 to 12 minutes or oven cook at 430 for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 2
For the glaze, heat all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Then add the chicken to the sauce pan when it is ready
Step 3
Cook the rice as usual. Once it is done, let it cool for 10 minutes before adding the rice ingredients.
Step 4
Garnish with green onion or sesame seeds
