Beef and Broccoli - Super Easy

Aside from the obvious beef & broccoli this is 5 ingredients-garlic, onion, soy sauce, water, sugar. So easy and ready in 10 minutes!

Instructions

Step 1
Cut up sirloin into little bite sized chunks. Heat some oil in a cast iron on med-high
Step 2
Brown the sirloin pieces on all sides about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside on a plate
Step 3
Put some more cooking oil in and throw the onions in, stir fry it up for a couple mins and then throw in broccoli
Step 4
Stir in garlic, soy sauce, tiny bit of water if needed, and cook til onions are translucent
Step 5
Broccoli will still be undercooked at this point, but add water and quickly cover the pan for about 3-5 minutes
Step 6
After broccoli is tender, uncover and add beef back. sprinkle in sugar, red pepper flakes, and stir fry 2-3min
Step 7
Add more soy sauce and/or red pepper flakes to taste and serve over a bed of hot white rice!
