Instructions

Step 1
To make the meat, combine the coconut aminos, fish sauce and tomato paste in a small skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, mix thoroughly and cook for 10 minutes, breaking up chunks as it browns, then remove from heat.
Step 2
Make the vegetables by adding sesame oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Thinly slice the red cabbage, onion and bell pepper, then saute in heated oil. Separate and chop broccoli into small florets and add to skillet. Add snow peas and stir the vegetable mix.
Step 3
Cook the vegetables until softened to your liking, and then sprinkle the cooked beef in and stir thoroughly. Add salt to taste. Serve warm, topped with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
