Instructions

Step 1
Mix maple buffalo sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine ground beef and turkey in a bowl. Wet your hands while mixing to prevent sticking. Form into eight 2 oz balls.
Step 3
Bake bacon at 400°F for 15 minutes. Let cool on paper towels to crisp.
Step 4
Preheat a pan to medium-high (7/10). Press meatballs flat with a burger press or spatula on parchment paper to form patties.
Step 5
Cook patties ~3 minutes per side. Repeat for all.
Step 6
Add cheese to 4 patties in the pan with a splash of water. Cover to steam and melt cheese.
Step 7
In the same pan, cook eggs to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Cover to keep yolks runny.

Toast English muffins. Assemble:
