ABC-Fest Crepes
Our friends made these crepes for breakfast when we had a reunion weekend, and they were a huge hit. Toppings are whatever you like - we had a build-it-yourself topping bar with chopped strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, and mango/peach preserves. I used strawberries and blueberries in mine, and they were great.

2 TBLSbutter
melted

1 cupflour

1 cupmilk

salt
maybe 1/4 tsp for those of you that need strict requirements

Crepes
Step 1
Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Put skillet on medium heat.
Step 3
Pour 1/4 cup mixture and immediately distribute it around the pan to make a thin layer.
Step 4
Cook for about 2 minutes? Until just done (lightly tan/brown).
Step 5
Flip and cook 1-2 minutes and remove.
Creme Filling
Step 6
Mix all until taste and consistency is what you want
Construction
Step 7
Put one crepe on plate.
Step 8
Put a strip of creme filling down middle
Step 9
Add fruit or other toppings
Step 10
Fold crepe together
Step 11
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
