Step 1
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Dice the onion, carrot, and mushroom.

3. Heat a pan over medium heat, lightly spray with olive oil, and add the diced onion and mushroom. Cook until the vegetables have softened.

4. Add the beef strips and cook until browned.

5. Pour in the stock, tomato paste, and Mingle seasoning. Stir to combine and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Step 6
6. Stir in the sour cream and remove the pan from heat.
Step 7
7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix until evenly coated.
Step 8
8. Divide the dish into four portions. Optionally, top with extra sour cream before serving.
