Instructions
Step 1
Fry off bacon, once crispy remove from pan and set aside
Step 2
Cook pasta according to packet instructions
Step 3
Finely dice onion and carrots, add to bacon fat and fry off until soft
Step 4
Add garlic & smoked paprika to onions and carrots
Continue to cook until soft (add a little bit of water to stop it burning if needs be)
Step 5
Add tomato puree cook for a few minutes then add chopped tomatoes.
Cook until all tomatoes have cooked through 10/15 mins
Step 6
Add pasta and bacon stir and serve with grated Parmesan
