cooked, shredded or chopped

100gbroccoli florets
chopped small

grated

75gfrozen peas

250mlwhite sauce
ready-made, béchamel or cheese sauce

50gcheese
grated, optional, for topping

garlic powder
or mixed herbs, optional

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan) / 200°C (conventional) / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
Step 3
Cook the pasta in boiling water until just tender (al dente), then drain.

Steam or microwave the broccoli, carrot, and peas until soft (about 5 minutes).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, veggies, and white sauce. Mix until everything is coated.

Lightly season to taste (optional), or season separately after removing the toddler’s portion.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish (approx. 20x20 cm or similar).

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top if using.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
