Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta in salted water. Cook until al dente, drain, and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Step 2
Brown the beef in a large pan over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder if you want. Drain extra fat if needed
Step 3
Add butter to the beef, stir until melted.
Step 4
Mix in pasta, reserved pasta water, and heavy cream. Toss well over low heat until creamy and glossy.
Step 5
Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melty.
Step 6
Store in the fridge up to 4–5 days. Microwave with a splash of milk or cream to loosen if needed.
