Instructions

Step 1
Arrange the peppers, scallions and chicken on a sheet pan.
Step 2
Mix the last 5 ingredients and pour over the chicken and veg and mix it all up.
Step 3
Bake 400º covered for 20-25 min.
Step 4
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Step 5
Tip: cover it with parchment paper so it doesn’t get too wet/dry
