1 lbground beef

6 slicesbacon

small, finely chopped

2cloves garlic

2 tablespoonsbutter

2 cupsheavy cream

1 cupbeef broth
or milk for lighter version

2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

1 teaspoondijon mustard

Instructions
Step 1
Start by boiling the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, crumble it, and set it aside while keeping about a tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan.
Step 2
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the chopped onion and cook until it softens, then stir in the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Step 3
Push the meat to one side of the pan and melt the butter in the empty space. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stir in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if using.
Step 4
Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet, tossing everything together until fully coated and heated through.
